1. Acceptance
Merchant Visibility™ ("Merchant Visibility") is a local visibility measurement and reporting service operated by Quantum Computing, LLC. By using this site or opening a report link, you agree to these terms.
2. What the report is
A Visibility Report is a measurement: the result of checks run against public directories, maps, search engines, and social platforms on a stated date. Scores and score-movement figures describe our own published weighting; they are not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, which depend on factors outside anyone's control. Third-party platforms verify and publish listings on their own schedules.
3. Acceptable use
Report links are issued for a specific business and may be shared within that business. You may not attempt to access another business's report, probe or bypass the site's controls, scrape the site at volume, or misrepresent a report's results.
4. Third-party marks and services
Company names, logos, and icons shown in a report are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and reference only; they do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship of, or endorsement of Merchant Visibility or Quantum Computing, LLC by those companies. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms.
5. Data
Handling of business and personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and warranty
The site and reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quantum Computing, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
