The method
Read the record, then report the record.
A visibility report is only worth what it can prove. Every line in yours traces back to a page we actually read, on the platform that publishes it.

The check, in order
- 1
Start from your real details
Business name, phone, website, street address, city, state, ZIP and category — taken from what you confirmed, not from a directory that may already be wrong. Everything else is measured against that.
- 2
Ask each place by name
We search by business name and phone, corroborate alternate trade names, and retain exact profile links. Existing listings count regardless of who created them; category pages do not. Presence is separate from claiming and consistent business details.
- 3
Confirm on the platform itself
A search result is a lead, not proof. Where a platform lets us read the profile, we open it and compare name, phone, address and website against your file.
- 4
Handle the sites that block reading
Some sites refuse automated readers. We try several routes — including an archived copy of the page — before giving up, and when we still cannot read it the report says 'not checked' rather than pretending it is missing. Screenshots must show the merchant’s actual listing, never a generic social login page. Compact, alternating report sections keep full business addresses, verified details and scores together without hiding information; they adapt to phones, tablets and desktop screens.
- 5
Score, then rank the work
Only verified public evidence earns visibility points. Unchecked categories remain unknown and do not increase the weight of a website or completed business details. Buying services, granting access and completing internal work do not raise the visibility score.
- 6
Get listed, one site at a time
A Get Listed checklist shows how many of the 72 places carry the business. Some we submit ourselves, some need the owner's access first, and the rest are pre-filled sign-ups our team completes one by one. A site only shows as connected after a later check confirms it is live and correct.
- 7
Check again, on a schedule
Checks repeat on their own. Banner-only activation does not start paid SEO or listing fulfillment. Combined activation requires a verified SEO service and payment; approved advertising keeps its own spending controls.
What moves the score
A listing existing is the easy half. Being correct everywhere is the half that wins calls.
Correct and consistent details
The same name, phone, address and website everywhere. Search engines treat disagreement between records as a reason to trust the business less.
Places customers actually use
Google, Apple and Bing maps, the social profiles people check, and the review sites in your trade carry the most weight.
Reviews and ratings that are visible
We read the rating and review count where the platform publishes them, so you can see where your reputation is strong and where it is invisible.
Completeness on the profiles you own
Hours, categories, service area, photos and description. These are free, and they are what an assistant quotes when it recommends you.
What we never do
The fastest way to lose a merchant's trust is to overstate what software can do.
Never claim a listing we could not read
Unverified stays unverified. A verified listing is never reported as missing.
Never post without your permission
Anything that writes to a profile you own — your Google Business Profile, for instance — happens only after you grant access, and only with your approval.
Never promise a ranking
No one can guarantee a position in search results. What we can do is make sure the records those results are built from are complete and correct.
Never pad the count
Data suppliers that require a paid contract are reported, not scored. Directories nobody visits are marked as low value instead of sold as wins.
One standard for every business
Every score is measured against the same checklist, whichever pass produced it. A short first look is marked provisional and carries a lower ceiling rather than a flattering percentage taken from a handful of places, so two reports can be compared side by side.
Agency teams also have a private Sales Floor display: current-day New Biz, rep rankings, deal-driven rotating races and playful mascot visits plus random bottom-of-screen clips that keep scores visible and never overlap celebrations on a bright TV-ready board with private no-login links. Internal sales figures never appear in merchant reports.
Past Client Appreciation specialists can review a merchant’s saved reports, previous orders, credit deadline and goals together during a consultation. Private call notes and purchase history stay out of the merchant’s shared report.
Saved reports stay open while unrelated advertising work continues. Agency teams search a focused set of results instead of downloading every client record. Included service selections are checked against the client’s matched record; authorized managers can confirm SEO activation when an automatic check misses the agreed service. Required client access and spending approvals remain protected.
Every figure in your report has a source link next to it. If a line ever looks wrong to you, say so — the report is meant to be argued with, and a correction to your details re-runs the check.
