Asked most often
Can I sign up for Merchant Visibility myself?
No. Merchant Visibility is not sold directly to businesses — reports and the work behind them are available only through a marketing company or data aggregator that carries the service. If you received a report, it came through yours; anything you want done, you arrange with them. If you don't have one, ask whoever handles your marketing whether they offer Merchant Visibility.
Where does the score come from?
We check 75 named places and read what each one publishes about your business. 41 of them count toward the score, weighted by how much a real customer uses that place. Correct details count as much as the listing existing.
Your report says a listing is wrong, but I set it up myself. Who is right?
Both, usually. The listing exists — we found it — and one field on it disagrees with your file, most often an old phone number or a suite line. The report links to that exact listing so you can read it. If your file is the thing that is out of date, tell us and we correct the file and re-check.
Why does something say 'not checked' instead of missing?
Some sites block automated readers. Rather than guess, we label what we could not read. A blank on the report is only ever a blank we could confirm.
Can you get me listed everywhere on the list?
No, and you should not pay anyone who says otherwise. Some sites only accept a listing from an account holder, and some data suppliers require a paid contract. Your report separates what can be fixed for free, what our team can file on your behalf, and what is genuinely closed.
Do I have to give you access to my accounts?
Only for the profiles you want us to fix. Access is granted by you, is limited to that profile, and can be removed by you at any time. We never post to a profile you own without your permission. Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile connect in one tap: you sign in to your own account and tap Allow, and we never see your password. Other places use a simple invite to our work email.
Who owns the listings when we stop working together?
You do. Every profile is created in your business's name, and claim access stays with you. Nothing we file is held hostage.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
No one can promise a ranking, and we do not. What we can promise is that the records those results are built from will be complete, correct and consistent — and you will be able to see each change and when it happened.
How long until the score moves?
Corrections on profiles you own usually show within days. New listings and agreement across the wider web take weeks, because platforms publish on their own schedules. Your report keeps every check, so you watch the line rather than take our word.
How often is the report re-checked?
On a schedule, automatically. You do not have to ask for a refresh, and the link your rep sent you always shows the latest check rather than the day it was made.
Is any of this risky for my accounts?
No. We do not use bots against platforms, fake reviews, or anything that breaks a platform's terms. A suspended Google profile would cost you more than every listing on the list is worth.
What about reviews — can you get more?
We report what your ratings and review counts are and where they are invisible. We do not write, buy, or filter reviews. Asking your own customers, with a link that makes it easy, is the only method that is both effective and allowed.
What does it cost, and what am I paying for?
Pricing comes from your rep and is written on the proposal attached to your report, with any discount shown and the monthly total calculated in front of you. The report itself tells you the time and the point gain for each item, so you can see what you are buying before you agree to it.
